Vanilla Stag is a scratch bakery and catering service company.
Using local and fresh ingredients as much as possible, our goal is to introduce new flavors and offer a contemporary approach
on some familiar items.
What We Make
We make a variety of rotating pastries —both sweet and savory, scrumptious quiches, desserts, cakes and artisan breads as well as a small selection of gluten free* & dairy free items.
Layered Cakes, Cheesecakes, Pies, Mousses … and more!
We bake Sourdough loaves and French-style baguettes on a regular basis. Occasionally, we also bake other specialty breads.
Scones, Laminated Rolls, Muffins, Coffeecakes, Cookies, Bars.
Custom cakes and desserts. Also, many of our items are available for special order in larger quantities.
* We understand the sensitivity of a strict gluten free diet. To that effect, we take precautionary measures to keep our products free of any contaminants. However, we are not a dedicated gluten free facility and CAN NOT guarantee that cross contamination will not occur. Also, many items contain nuts, so please ask about any allergens prior to purchasing.

We create full custom menus featuring as many fresh, local and seasonal ingredients as possible to cater to your tastes, style, and budget, from weddings to private parties, business and community events.
